In the circumstance that the incorrect address was provided, and your order is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address we will reship your order. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to reship your item. This applies to dry products ONLY. If you have ordered gel products, we will give you a partial credit/discount to make another purchase since gels are perishable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. However, the exact processing time may vary based on your financial institution's procedures. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Note: This policy applies exclusively to dry products. Gel products are not eligible for exchanges due to their perishable nature.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
