In an effort to maintain transparency and understanding, we have a detailed breakdown of how we process and ship our products. This will give customers a more realistic expectation when placing orders.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL
After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email that contains your order number. To ensure that you receive all order updates, please double-check that the email address entered at checkout is accurate. If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@holisticvybez.com, and we will re-send your confirmation email manually.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are scheduled to be shipped within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days refer to our standard operating days. We are open Monday through Thursday. Please note that the estimated timeframe of 3–8 business days does not include weekends or holidays.
RUSH PROCESSING
Rush expedited processing is available at the cost of $24.99, enabling your order to bypass the standard processing time of 3–8 business days. Orders with rush processing will be shipped on the next scheduled shipment day, provided they are placed before the cut-off time of 12:00 PM EST.
Orders that contain gel products are shipped Monday – Wednesday.
Orders that only contain dry products are shipped Monday – Thursday.
Rush processing and rush shipping are distinctly different services. Shipping options like "UPS Next Day Air" or "UPS 2nd Day Air" impact only the transit time of your order. In contrast, rush processing reduces the standard 3–8 business day processing time.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME
PLEASE NOTE: Processing time and Shipping time are distinctly different services.
Processing time is the period it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, which includes handling, packaging, and quality checks.
Shipping time is the period it takes for the carrier to deliver your order to your address after it has been shipped.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Holistic Vybez utilizes two shipping carriers: USPS and UPS. Dry products can be shipped via either USPS or UPS, while gel products are exclusively shipped with UPS. If purchasing sea moss gel, please ensure that a physical residential address is provided during checkout to prevent shipping delays. Gel products cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. We kindly request that customers avoid using P.O. Box addresses for gel product orders.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are set by UPS and USPS, and we do not have control over them. Shipping costs are influenced by several factors, including package size, weight, travel distance, and time sensitivity, particularly for perishable items.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking numbers are created when your shipping label is printed, which occurs within the 3–8 business day processing period. The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please be aware that apps such as Shop or Route are considered third-party services. We recommend tracking your order status directly through Holistic Vybez or the shipping carrier, as they provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
While we make every effort to ensure all items are available at the time of fulfillment, there may be instances where an item in your order is out of stock. In such cases, the product may either be shipped separately or refunded, depending on the restocking timeframe. The packing slip included in your package will indicate whether an item has been refunded or is being shipped separately.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order indicates that the item is not in stock at the time of purchase. Pre-order items are scheduled to ship by the estimated date provided in the product description. However, please be aware that these dates may change if there are delays in receiving shipments from our supplier to our warehouse.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders: one for pre-order items and another for in-stock items.
HOLIDAYS & MAJOR SALES DISCLAIMER
During high-volume holidays such as Labor Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Juneteenth, and the Fourth of July or major sales please anticipate slight shipping delays of 2-3 business days beyond our usual timeframe of 3-8 business days. We appreciate your patience as we continue to ensure the delivery of fresh, high-quality products.
