SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

In an effort to maintain transparency and understanding, we have a detailed breakdown of how we process and ship our products. This will give customers a more realistic expectation when placing orders. 

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

After placing your order with Holistic Vybez, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Ensure your email address is correct since all order updates will be sent via email. If you don't see your confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you don't find it in your spam folder, contact our customer support team so we can resend it manually.

Please remember: If you ordered through Instagram or Facebook, you'll get order updates like confirmation emails or tracking numbers from them. To find info about your order, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile.
  2. Open the menu located at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "orders and payments."

 

TRACKING NUMBER

Tracking numbers are only generated once your shipping label has been printed. Your shipping label may be printed before the 3-8 business day processing time. Note: Please wait 3-8 business days before tracking your order. Please remember that apps like Shop are considered third-party apps. We don't recommend using Shop to track your order status, as the most accurate information will come directly from Holistic Vybez.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow some time for your order to be processed.

Gel products and soap products are made fresh so they will have a 3-8 business day processing time before being shipped and are shipped Monday - Wednesday.

Dry products will have a 3-5 business day processing time before being shipped and are shipped Monday - Thursday. 

Kindly take note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

RUSH EXPEDITED PROCESSING 

Holistic Vybez offers customers the option to “skip the line.” With expedited processing times, your order will be shipped on the next shipment day. Orders that contain gel products are shipped Monday – Wednesday. Orders that only contain dry products are shipped Monday – Thursday.

Please be advised that any orders received after 12:00pm EST will not be processed until the next business day. For instance, if you place an order on Friday at 1:00pm EST, your order will begin processing on the following business day, which is Monday.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Processing time and Shipping time are not the same.

Processing time is the time Holistic Vybez sets to prepare and fulfill your order.

Shipping time is the amount of time in transit once an order is with the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING TIME

Gel Products (Sea Moss Gel):

Sea moss gel is perishable. For all orders with sea moss gel, the standard shipping time is 2 business days or less, excluding the shipping day.

Please take note that if you are purchasing sea moss gel, it is essential to provide a physical residential shipping address during checkout to avoid any shipping delays. UPS does not support delivery to P.O. Box destinations, so kindly refrain from using such addresses.

Dry Products (Raw sea moss, body soap, face masks, herbs, and gummies):

Unlike our time-sensitive gel products, dry products have a standard shipping time of 2-5 business days, excluding the shipping day.

 SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Gel Products (Sea Moss Gel):

Sea moss gels undergo freezing before they are shipped. They are carefully enclosed in an insulated mailer with additional packaging. While the gels are frozen before shipping, there's a chance they may thaw during transit. We recommend refrigerating them for 5 hours before initial use to restore them to their gel-like state. In warmer months, ice packs are included inside the insulated mailer to maintain the gel's coolness. However, during cooler months, ice packs are not included within the insulated mailer. 

Dry Products (Raw sea moss, body soap, face masks, herbs, and gummies):

Unlike our gel products, our dry products are non-perishable and do not necessitate additional packaging.

FedEx: Gel products

USPS: Dry products

 

SHIPPING RATES:

We do not have control over the shipping times or rates. These transit times and rates are dictated by FedEx and USPS. Several factors influence the shipping cost, including the package size, weight, and distance it needs to travel.

 

PRE-ORDERS

 Holistic Vybez provides the opportunity to purchase products on pre-order. It's important to note that "pre-order" indicates that the item is currently not in stock. Products listed as "pre-order" will begin shipping as soon as the product is in stock. The product description will specify the estimated ship date. Please note that estimated ship dates are subject to change based on our shipment arriving on time from our supplier to our warehouse.

If you have pre-order and in-stock items in the same cart please note that your order entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is in stock. We recommend making two separate orders. One for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

 

HOLIDAYS & MAJOR SALES DISCLAIMER

When ordering during high volume holidays like Labor Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. Please expect slightly extended processing times as we strive to always provide customers with fresh, high quality products.

 

DELIVERY TO COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS

Please be aware that delivering to hotels, motels, workplaces, or any public location increases the risk of orders being lost or stolen. Holistic Vybez will not be responsible for refunds or replacements for orders delivered to such locations. These deliveries will be shipped at the customer's discretion.
