i have been on my Sea Moss journey for four months now, I did not order my next batch of Sea Moss in a timely manner. with saying that I noticed a difference with my body, and how I was feeling. My body, as well as my mind felt off. I knew it was the fact that I had not taken my Sea Moss for at least (5) days. Once I received my order, I could not wait to make my Sea Moss. The first time I received my order of Sea Moss, and prepared it there was an excitement that came over me. I had done my own research regarding the benefits of this wonderful mineral rich Moss for months. After trying my Sea Moss Paste that I prepared myself, I could not believe how soon I felt, and saw a difference in my skin, my hair had fallen out in the back center of my head. This worried me so much. I felt maybe I was victim of Alopecia, this went on for a year. After taking my Sea Moss for just around 50 to 60 days, I could not believe that my hair started growing back in the area where I was going bald. My hair is slowly getting thicker for the first time in (8) years, my nails are growing, I no longer have to pay for fake nails on my fingers which is unhealthy for us, as well as being bad for our nail bed. I decided to venture out with my Sea Moss, so I made my own facial mask with Raw White unfiltered Organic Honey, and Tumeric. When I first took my Sea Moss I felt a difference with my overall health, and body in around (3) weeks. I also contribute Sea Moss to lowering my high blood pressure of 18 years. I love what Sea Moss has done for my overall health, and wellness.

Well this is my first time trying Seamoss. After watching a tutorial on how to prepare it so that it comes out nice and smooth, I must say I did an excellent job. I infused it with Pineapples, Mangos, Flax and Chia Seeds, Dates, Cinnamon and Maca Root Powder. I also made mixed berries with all the same ingredients...oh my!!! It taste so good, iI eat it twice a day and most of all I'm beginning to feel so much better and have more energy. I absolutely love it!!
