I just placed my order, when will it ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a system generated confirmation email. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can manually send it to you.

ALL orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). Sea moss gels are ONLY shipped Monday – Wednesday to make sure orders do not remain in transit over the weekend.

Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.

Which couriers do you ship with?

We use two couriers. UPS and USPS. Dry products can be shipped with UPS or USPS. Gel products are strictly shipped with UPS to ensure that orders arrive to their destination within 2 business days. NOTE: If you are purchasing sea moss gel please provide a physical address when entering your shipping address to prevent shipping delays. P.O Box destinations are not supported by UPS.

I paid for expedited shipping. Where is my order?

Processing time and shipping time are two entirely different things. Although our processing times have decreased, we cannot speed up our processing time. Shipping time is how long USPS or UPS take to deliver your order once it has been picked up from our facility. All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time before they are shipped.

Shipping guideline:

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

USPS First Class: 2-3 business days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and your shipping label has been printed. (Please be sure to check your inbox and your spam folder). If you have not received your tracking number and it has been longer than 3-5 business days, please send an email to our customer support team at customersupport@holisticvybez.com.

My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I still have not received it. What do I do?

Holistic Vybez offers the option to protect your package by purchasing Route. If your package has been marked delivered by the courier and you have not received your package, please contact us at customersupport@holisticvybez.com within 24-48 hours and we will file a claim on your behalf. If you have NOT chosen the option to protect your package using Route and it was marked delivered, you will have to file a claim directly with the courier on your own behalf.

What are the steps I need to take if my order was damaged upon arrival or if items are missing from my order?

If you receive your order and your items are damaged, or you are missing items please send us an email at customersupport@holisticvybez.com.

Your email should include your name, order number, pictures of the product received (applies to damaged items) and any necessary details.

Please contact us up to 48 hours after delivery. We will do what we can to correct the issue. However, no refunds or replacements will be issued if more than 48 hours have passed since the order was delivered.

What is your refund policy?

To be eligible for a refund, return or an exchange your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, Holistic Vybez does NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges for Sea Moss Gel products in the circumstance that the incorrect address was provided due to a customer’s error. However, we will offer a 40% discount code for your next purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees in the event that your package is marked undeliverable or returned to us by the courier due to an insufficient address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for additional fees related to customs. Once your order has been packed and shipped, Holistic Vybez cannot assume responsibility for import duties or customs fees. If you decide not to pay the additional fee upon delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.

Where is your sea moss sourced?

We’ve thoroughly vetted countless sea moss suppliers to provide our customers with the most authentic and natural sea moss on the market. We have a reliable direct source in St. Lucia that we source all Holistic Vybez sea moss from.

Can children take sea moss?

Absolutely! Children should only take 1 sea moss gummy or 1 teaspoon of our sea moss gel once a day.

What is the difference between the 3 gels?

The St Lucia Gold gel is strictly our gold sea moss made into a gel. It has the an abundance of essential minerals needed. The purple one is our Elderberry and Soursop Blend which has the added benefits of extra vitamin C, cancer and bacteria fighting properties, and an extra boost of antioxidants that help combat infections. Our top of the line nutrien packed gel, the Electric Dragon, has bladderwrack and burdock root which provides an abundance of minerals our bodies need. It also has dragonfruit as well which is high in fiber and aids in regulating blood sugar, making this gel an antioxidant powerhouse. All of our gels are relatively tasteless. They have a hint of honey which acts as a natural preservative. However, it is very subtle and not overwhelming.

What’s the difference in the raw sea moss colors?

So sea moss naturally comes in color. The way the gold color is achieved is by drying it in the sun to “bleach” the color out. The full spectrum and royal purple naturally have more phytonutrients and antioxidants because of the color. However, they both have an abundance of minerals that sea moss offers.

Is this sea moss Chondrus Crispus?

It is Eucheuma Cottonii which is grown in warm climates most notably around Jamaica and St. Lucia. It is highly available and comes with high nutritional content. All of our sea moss gels are made with Eucheuma Cottonii. We also offer Chondrus Crispus known as the Irish Moss in raw form. However, both are extremely beneficial for you

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

How long does the raw sea moss last?

Sea moss can last for one year if stored in a cool, dry place, like your kitchen cabinet.

How long does the sea moss gel last?

Sea moss gel must be refrigerated! Typically, sea moss gel lasts 3-4 weeks. If you order more than one jar of sea moss gel, we suggest freezing what you aren’t using in order to extend the shelf life. Sea moss gel can last up to 6 months in the freezer!

As soon as you receive your gel, refrigerate it for 5 hours before use. We freeze all gels before shipping and securely wrap them in an insulated mailer and added packaging. However, you'll want to refrigerate for a few to make sure it will return to it's intended consistency. Gels should be used within 3-4 weeks.

How long does sea moss gummies last?

The sea moss gummies should be stored in a dry, cool place like you would any other vitamin or supplement. Our sea moss gummies have a shelf life of 2 years. However, trust us, they won’t last that long because they taste so good!

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

We offer local pick up at our warehouse!

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “ready for pick up” email. Local pick up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already in transit, we will provide a return label. Once your items are recieved we will issue a refund for unopened DRY products. However, our gels are not eligible for returns due to their perishable nature.

How can i purchase your sea moss gel, I am not from USA?

As much as we loved to, unfortunately we cannot ship the gels elsewhere outside the US as it will spoil. We do ship worldwide for all of our dry products.
