Q: I just placed my order, when will it ship?

A: ALL orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). Sea moss gels are ONLY shipped Monday – Wednesday to make sure orders do not remain in transit over the weekend.

 

Q: I paid for expedited shipping. Where is my order?

A: Processing time and shipping time are two entirely different things. Although our processing times have decreased, we cannot speed up our processing time. Shipping time is how long USPS or UPS take to deliver your order once it has been picked up from our facility. All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time before they are shipped.

Shipping guideline:

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

USPS First Class: 2-3 business days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

 

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and your shipping label has been printed. (Please be sure to check your inbox and your spam folder). If you have not received your tracking number and it has been longer than 3-5 business days, please send an email to our customer support team at customersupport@holisticvybez.com.

 

 

Q: My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I still have not received it. What do I do?

A: Holistic Vybez offers the option to protect your package by purchasing Route. If your package has been marked delivered by the courier and you have not received your package, please contact us at customersupport@holisticvybez.com within 24-48 hours and we will file a claim on your behalf. If you have NOT chosen the option to protect your package using Route and it was marked delivered, you will have to file a claim directly with the courier on your own behalf.

 

Q: My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I don’t have it. What do I do?

A: Sometimes deliveries are scanned incorrectly, so give it a day or two. If you still don’t receive your package, make sure you supplied us with the correct address. Contact your local post office if you believe there has been an error. 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for additional fees related to customs. Once your order has been packed and shipped, Holistic Vybez cannot assume responsibility for import duties or customs fees. If you decide not to pay the additional fee upon delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.

 

Q: What happens if I enter the wrong address?

A: Please email customersupport@holisticvybez.com as soon as possible. If you do not realize the mistake until after the order has shipped, we will send you another order. However, you will have to pay for shipping. This applies to dry products only. If you ordered gels, we will give you partial credit to make another purchase since gels are perishable.
