What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. Kindly verify that your email address is complete and accurate. If it is, check your spam folder in case the confirmation email was directed there. If you have not received the confirmation email and your email address is accurate and not in your spam folder, please contact us at customersupport@holisticvybez.com, and we will gladly resend it to you.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please ensure that it is canceled before it is shipped. Please reach out to customersupport@holisticvybez.com or give us a call at 888-539-8875

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped since it would have already left our warehouse. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us at customersupport@holisticvybez.com to obtain a return label.Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process accordingly.  Please note that only unopened dry products are eligible for returns. Holistic Vybez operates under a 48-hour window policy. Which means you have up to 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund. Due to their perishable nature, our sea moss gels cannot be returned. It is important to keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has been returned to us by the shipping carrierr and you would like us to reship your order you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to have your package re-shipped. If you would like a refund for the returned items, the shipping costs are non-refundable. NOTE: This applies to dry products only. Holistic Vybez does NOT offer the option to re-ship Sea Moss Gel products due to their perishable nature.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

My package has shipped and there is an error in the address. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once our packages ship we have no way of adjusting the delivery address. You can attempt to reach out to the shipping carrier to have them update the address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the accurate and complete shipping address is provided at checkout. If the provided shipping address is undeliverable or incomplete the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs to have your package re-shipped. If you would like a refund for the returned items, the shipping costs are non-refundable. NOTE: This applies to dry products only. Holistic Vybez does NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges for Sea Moss Gel products due to their perishable nature. If the provided shipping address is incorrect and your package is delivered to the wrong address Holistic Vbez will not be responsible for providing a refund or a replacement order, please be sure to double check your shipping address before proceeding to checkout.

I ordered during a popular holiday. What can I expect when it comes to processing times?

We try our best to ship products within our standard 3-8 business day processing time. However, during high volume holidays like Labor Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas etc. Please expect slightly extended processing times as we strive to always provide customers with fresh, high quality products.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all dry products and orders that surpass a subtotal of $100, AFTER all discounts have been applied. If you were incorrectly charged for shipping, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will promptly refund the shipping fee. Free shipping is not available for gel products or orders that contain gel products.

Do you ship to PO boxes? 

Our dry products can be shipped to PO box destinations. Please take note that if you are purchasing sea moss gel, it is essential to provide a physical shipping address during checkout to avoid any shipping delays. UPS does not support delivery to P.O. Box destinations, so kindly refrain from using such addresses.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for additional fees related to customs. Once your order has been packed and shipped, Holistic Vybez cannot assume responsibility for import duties or customs fees. If you decide not to pay the additional fee upon delivery, we cannot issue you a refund. Please be aware that gel products are time-sensitive because they are perishable, and as a result, we are unable to ship them internationally.

DO YOU SHIP TO UPS ACCESS POINT LOCATIONS?

Yes! You can have gel products shipped to UPS access point locations. It's important to remember that gel products are perishable and should be refrigerated upon delivery. If you opt for package delivery to an access point, please be aware that Holistic Vybez cannot be held responsible if your package spoils due to extended time without refrigeration. UPS access points will keep your package for a maximum of 5 business days. If your order isn't claimed within this period, it will be sent back to Holistic Vybez.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR SHIPPING RATEs?

We do not have authority over shipping rates. Shipping rates are determined by the shipping carrier. Several factors influence the shipping cost, including the package size, weight, and distance it needs to travel.

how do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are only generated once your shipping label has been printed. Your shipping label may be printed before the 3-8 business day processing time. However, this does not mean that it has been shipped. Note: Please wait 3-8 business days before tracking your order. Please remember that apps like Shop are considered third-party apps. We don't recommend using Shop to track your order status, as the most accurate information will come directly from Holistic Vybez.

I paid for expedidted shipping. Where is my order?

Processing time and shipping time are two entirely different things. Please consider our processing times when placing your order. This will help you understand what to expect after completing your purchase.

Processing time is the duration required to get an order ready for shipping once it has been placed. It represents the time taken to prepare and fulfill the order before it is dispatched for delivery.

Shipping time is the duration in which the package is in transit from the seller's location to the buyer's destination after it has been shipped. It essentially indicates the period during which the package is being transported to its final delivery location.

At Holistic Vybez, we provide the option to skip the line and bypass our processing time with our Rush Expedited Processing upgrade. This upgrade ensures that your order will ship out on the very next shipping day! HOW CAN I PURCHASE YOUR SEA MOSS GEL, I AM NOT FROM USA?

As much as we loved to, unfortunately we cannot ship the gels elsewhere outside the US as it will spoil. We do ship worldwide for all of our dry products.

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ORDERS

My order arrived damaged. How can it be resolveD?

If you have protected your order with insurance, we will handle filing the claim on your behalf.

To ensure successful resolution of your issue, kindly ensure that you follow the steps below.

  1. Take photos: Take pictures of the damaged package and the damaged items inside. This will be useful for evidence needed to file your claim.
  2. Send an email to customersupport@holisticvybez.com and include your name, order number, pictures of the received product, and any other relevant details.
  3. Allow us to process your claim.

What should I do if my order is incorrect?

How do I sign up for a subscription?

Joining a subscription is a breeze! Simply choose the product you wish to subscribe to, wait for the purchase options to load, and then select the "4 weeks" option. When you purchase items under a subscription, you automatically receive the product at a discounted rate compared to regular one time purchases.

What subscription frequencies are available?

All our subscriptions initially start with a frequency of every 4 weeks. However, you can easily modify the frequency in the subscription portal to receive your product as often or infrequently as you prefer.

Is it possible to pause my subscription?

Absolutely! If you wish to pause your subscription, kindly contact our customer support team, and they will be happy to assist you.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting our customer support team. However, please keep in mind that canceling your subscription will not automatically cancel any existing orders. If you wish to cancel both your subscription and your current order, please inform our customer support team accordingly.

How far in advance do I need to cancel my subscription so that I am not charged?

To ensure that you are not charged for the upcoming subscription renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date. This will give us enough time to process your cancellation and prevent any charges for the following subscription period.

what are the ways that I can earn commision?

If the provided discount code is not working, please ensure that you are entering it correctly in the designated field during the checkout process. Double-check for any spaces or typos. Please be aware that discount codes cannot be applied to bundled products or products under a subscriptionas they are already offered at a discounted rate.

Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow stacking of discount codes. If you enter one discount code and then try to enter another, the system will automatically use the code that offers a greater discount.

Where is your sea moss sourced?

We’ve thoroughly vetted countless sea moss suppliers to provide our customers with the most authentic and natural sea moss on the market. We have a reliable direct source in St. Lucia that we source all Holistic Vybez sea moss from.

Can children take sea moss?

Absolutely! Children should only take 1 sea moss gummy or 1 teaspoon of our sea moss gel once a day.

What is the difference between the 3 gels? 

St Lucia Gold is strictly our gold sea moss made into a gel. It has the an abundance of essential minerals needed.

Elderberry and Soursop Blend is our best seller which has the added benefits of extra vitamin C, cancer and bacteria fighting properties, and an extra boost of antioxidants that help combat infections.

Electric Dragon is our top of the line nutrient packed gel. It has bladderwrack and burdock root which provides an abundance of minerals our bodies need. It also has dragonfruit as well which is high in fiber and aids in regulating blood sugar, making this gel an antioxidant powerhouse. All of our gels are relatively tasteless. They have a hint of agave which acts as a natural preservative. However, it is very subtle and not overwhelming.

What is the difference in the raw sea moss colors?  

So sea moss naturally comes in color. The way the gold color is achieved is by drying it in the sun to “bleach” the color out. The full spectrum and royal purple naturally have more phytonutrients and antioxidants because of the color. However, they both have an abundance of minerals that sea moss offers.

Is this sea moss Chondrus Crispus?

It is Eucheuma Cottonii which is grown in warm climates most notably around Jamaica and St. Lucia. It is highly available and comes with high nutritional content. All of our sea moss gels are made with Eucheuma Cottonii. We also offer Chondrus Crispus known as the Irish Moss in raw form. However, both are extremely beneficial for you

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

How long does the raw sea moss last? 

Sea moss can last for one year if stored in a cool, dry place, like your kitchen cabinet.

How long does the sea moss gel last? 

Sea moss gel must be refrigerated! Typically, sea moss gel lasts 3-4 weeks. If you order more than one jar of sea moss gel, we suggest freezing the jars you aren’t using in order to extend the shelf life. Sea moss gel can last up to 6 months in the freezer!

As soon as you receive your gel, refrigerate it for 5 hours before use. We freeze all gels before shipping and securely wrap them in an insulated mailer and added packaging. However, you'll want to refrigerate for a few hours so that it returns to it's intended consistency. Gels should be used within 3-4 weeks.

How long does the sea moss gummies last?

The sea moss gummies should be stored in a dry, cool place like you would any other vitamin or supplement. Our sea moss gummies have a shelf life of 2 years. However, trust us, they won’t last that long because they taste so good!

in preparing sea moss why do you use boiling water? 

Sea Moss is typically soaked in water to rehydrate it and remove any debris or impurities. While some people prefer to use room temperature water, others opt for hot or boiling water for a quicker soaking process.

Boiling water can actually be beneficial for Sea Moss as it helps to break down the tough cellular structure of the seaweed, making it easier to blend and use in various recipes. Additionally, boiling water can help to sterilize the seaweed and remove any potential bacteria or contaminants.

While it's true that some nutrients can be lost when food is exposed to high temperatures, the impact of boiling water on the nutrient content of Sea Moss is minimal. In fact, many of the nutrients in Sea Moss, such as iodine, potassium, and iron, are relatively stable and not easily degraded by heat.
