Refrigerator: Sea moss gel will last approximately
3-4 weeks.

Freezer: Sea moss gel will last up
to 6 months.

Spoilage Risk Factors

Using the same spoon for each scoop: When taking your 2 tablespoons, use a fresh spoon for each scoop to avoid bacteria and gel spoilage.

Improper Storage: Storing sea moss gel at room temperature for an extended period of time or in warm conditions can accelerate bacterial growth and spoilage. It's crucial to store the gel in the refrigerator or freezer according to the recommended guidelines. Please note that unless your sea moss gel remains in the freezer, it will expire within 3-4 weeks.

When defrosting:

• If you want to defrost your gels after being frozen, place the gel on the counter for a few hours. The amount of time to defrost will depend on the temperature in your house.
